      Description Stratus Properties is on cloud nine over real estate investments. The company develops, owns, and manages commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, primarily in Texas, primarily in the Austin area, where it has some 2,500 acres of developed and undeveloped land. The firm's principal developments include Austin's Barton Creek subdivision and portions of the metro area's Circle C Ranch. In partnership with other developers, Stratus is developing two high-profile, mixed-use projects in the city. It also owns a couple of undeveloped acres in San Antonio and has completed the development and sale of a project in Plano.
