The Practice Snapshot
Established in 2005 by two GPs who had a vision for improving the delivery of primary care, we now work with local teams to run GP surgeries, walk in centres and community based outpatient clinics on behalf of the NHS. We continually strive to provide personalised care in the most appropriate setting, as close to the patients home as possible.
At the Practice we adopt innovative patient care strategies and tailor service design and delivery to reflect specific local requirements. Our aspiration is to improve patient outcomes, ensuring that we are able to deliver the best quality care to our patients and real value for our NHS partners.
