Customers use its voice services routers and network media servers to implement such functions as network announcements, interactive voice response systems, call routing, and speech recognition. ThinkEngine sells to telecom, broadband cable, and call conferencing service providers. Formerly called Cognitronics, the company acquired ThinkEngine Networks in 2005; it changed its name to ThinkEngine Networks in 2007.
