Urban Splash is making waves in the UK's property development pool. The company builds new buildings and rejuvenates old ones by modifying them into hip, multi-functional office and residential complexes. Its past projects include the Collegiate school-to-apartment conversion and St. Peter's church-to-restaurant conversion in Liverpool, as well as the Chorlton Park social housing regeneration in Manchester. In the aftermath of the global recession, Urban Splash has switched lanes and is increasingly focused on property investment. The company was founded in 1993 by chairman Tom Bloxham and chief executive Jonathan Falkingham.
