I have been working at Valforma full-time (Less than a year)
You can work on different technologies.
1. No salary on time,Sometimes delays by 2 months.
2.No Response from HR whenever needed.
3.No emails provided by them for the communication of delayed salary.
4.Hike Letter problem, they will give after 4 months.
5. Reimbursement pending from last 2 years.
In short, management needs to think about the people working with them. Profits if any employees should also be benefited.
Advice to Management
Please think about the employees who work with a hope that they will get the salary on time.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Valforma (Chennai (India)) in June 2016.
I Was attended twice and cleared all the rounds and every time they are saying on-hold. in 2015 also same experience with Valforma and recent 2016 also same. I dont know why they are doing like with job seekers. Please follow the ethics.
