Mission Compelled by the love of Christ, Vincentian nurtures and sustains a ministry of compassionate care that preserves the human dignity of persons within a diverse and changing society.
Description Vincentian Collaborative System is a not-for-profit health care and human services organization that coordinates four senior care communities in the greater Pittsburgh area - Vincentian Home, Vincentian de Marillac, Vincentian Marian Manor and Vincentian Schenley Gardens.

Sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, these ministries offer a continuum of care for more than 500 seniors, including independent living, personal care, memory care, short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing. Vincentian also operates Vincentian Villa and Terrace Place at Vincentian, two independent living communities in the North Hills, a charitable foundation and two child care centers.

The Vincentian system traces its history back to the Holy Rosary Cottage founded in McCandless by the Sisters in 1924 to serve 24 residents. Today, Vincentian employs more than 800 people in Western Pennsylvania, providing high quality, rewarding jobs that emphasize compassionate care in the tradition of the Sisters.
