WPPM Ltd was founded in 1990 as the building services management arm of Watkins Payne Partnership, long established as a leading building services design practice.
WPPM specialise in the management of existing mechanical and electrical infrastructures and contractors with a team of building services and lifts consultants based in Sunbury and Central London. Clients include many of the top National Managing Agents, Savills, BNP Paribas, Regent Street Direct (The Crown Estate), Vail Williams, Knight Frank, Colliers, Workman & Drivers Jonas Deloitte. As well as, many prestigious clients such as The Royal Society, Lincolns Inn and Pearson's International.
