      Pros

      The people within product, service and support teams are delightful to work with. Fun atmosphere, overall. Understanding and passionate management. Encouraged to think out of the box and most will work 24/7 to support securing new customers and successful project implementations.

      Cons

      Limited resources and expanding client base creates a heavy burden on staff to cover and manage work loads that are, at times, unrealistic.

      Pros

      The people are very nice and they value developers. I enjoyed working with the people. They have a great product.

      Cons

      They lack strategy and cash flow. They have product, but if 3 people left that know the product and how to implement it...the company would suffer. They don't value professional Project Management. They do not have repeatable processes documented and don't understand how to transfer knowledge.
