Anyone with titles, manager and above tend to lie about everything, yet they say it with such confidence that you believe them. They don't value you as employees and just tell you want you want to hear to keep you a little longer till you can get replaced. You have to brown nose to get anywhere in this company if you are lucky since this is a boys club. Agreements during interview/ meetings were not honored so make sure you get everything in writing and clearly people were put in place by management as band aids for problem solving instead of fully addressing issues and concerns. No training is given to new employees so you basically have to figure it out on your own. No room for growth in the company and employee personal growth is not promoted. Lack of empathy since you are just numbers on a spreadsheet and your value/opinion is non existent. Good luck if you don't take this review seriously.
