- Chaotic management, calling delegate of manager to do anything starting from the interview stage until resigning
- Support projects only as it's not a "vendor" company for the software (Development is given to software development companies and then the project is handed back over to _VOIS for "developers to support" instead of developing the software in-house from the beginning)
- Software used for development purposes is limited on windows for "security" reasons, have to find a workaround
- Internal websites / tools for employees provide terrible UX
- Low-end laptops and not easy at all to switch
- Noisy office with no dedicated place for a seat
- Sitting idle for a long time
- Learning curve is random, if one got lucky with a good project in a good team
- Not getting access for a long time to do a very simple "development" task when it arises
