      Do not practice what they preach kind-of company

      The other colleagues are generally nice people

      Cons

      The management do not practice what they preach. Their philosophy to the clients (which is to help them bridge the gap between employer and employee) is not practiced in their own company. Company practice emotional bullying and blackmail in their HR practices.

      They have nice, talented people working in there. Their ideals and values are positive, just theoretically.

      Cons

      I agree that this company is not doing what they tell other companies to do. Management is chaotic and authoritarian. Salaries are low and employees overworked.

      can't think of one - of that they are a Dutch company and you'd be able to learn something

      you never learn but watch for yourself how the craziness unfolds and eat your self-confidence up! never be opinionated, as I have watched how ppl are eaten alive if they have an opinion which is not aligned to the partners.
