WORST COMPANY TO EVER WORK FOR.

Pros

A "family meal" is offered but you still pay for this even on days you don't work. Many workers opt out, as it is not cost effective.

Cons

Horrible pay, hour shortages, no real HR, no union. Most of the company are so unfortunate that 'WichCraft is there only source of income, in term employees are aggravated and many frustrating personalities are floating around this company.

Pros

Menu development, food quality, logistics, cleanliness, corporate policies, benefits. This company has fantastic food, and a great philosophy behind what they do. They offer good benefits to management and overall it is a good place to gain experience in the business.

Cons

Morale is a huge problem here. It seems to start at the top, and continue down through some of the senior management. They have a very high store manager turnover, which is never a sign of a healthy company.

Pros

Wichcraft prides itself in providing a clean and safe environment for its employees and customers.It is a good company to use as a doorway back into the work force. However, people should use their employment there as sort of a apprenticeship and continue to search the job market for 'gainful' employment.

Cons

Do not expect job security working for Wichcraft. There is no uniformity throughout this company. Work schedules are a seesaw and changes day to day w/ less than a 24 Hr. warning. Management controls employees willingness to accept obscene projects with the tacit threat of reduced hours and back and forth swap from Full-Time & Part-Time.
