If you are someone who likes working in a startup, you will be a perfect fit here. There is chaos and opportunities to grab all over. I got to do a lot more than my defined role and received equal amount of growth in the past three years. The management appreciates people who like to take ownership and trust me they provide a lot of autonomy. I have to mention it's a great place to work for a female. You will be treated equal here. Always.

Cons

If you are looking for 9 to 6 job with little work to do, this might not be the right place. Instead, if you are looking to do more and hoping to jump big in a small time, this company could be a good bet.
