      All glitz no glam.

      Pros

      None at all. This company devalues, degrades, and does not respect staff for their talents. They just see them as monthly fixed costs

      Cons

      Management is horrible all around, staff are not fairly treated, HR is an absolute joke, company values revenue so much over staff well-being to the point where they stretch their staff without giving back accrued hours. The people at the top sit and constantly degrade those under them with no appreciation whatsoever. They lie to clients to make a quick buck and are constantly only covering up for themselves by looking for scapegoats

      1. Colleagues are generally friendly. They can be helpful too at times 2. Good place to start at if you're a fresh grad or early career

      Cons

      1. Like some of the other reviews mentioned, there's a lot of blaming when things go wrong. CEO is focusing on the wrong aspects of the business. Instead of opening new concepts, focus on fixing current issues (eg: bad customer experience, promotional mechanics) 2. Terrible work-life balance. People are constantly pinging you on whatsapp and overworking shouldn't be glorified. 3. Two-faced colleagues 4. Messy processes internally 5. Long meetings that don't always come to a consensus
