      Pros

      Over the last 12 months a new leadership team has been brought it and they seem to be making a positive impact at the company. They are working to increase transparency with monthly town halls and weekly CEO updates. They are all very engaged and working the make the positive changes that 1010data needed.

      Cons

      With any change comes challenges.

      Work from home. Pay is okay.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings. People who leave aren't replaced. Uncomfortable amount of diversity and inclusion rhetoric / training but little action when it comes to hiring.

      New COO is competent leader -- she could right the ship. A lot of good developers, too.

      Cons

      Clear career paths on paper, but little potential to move up in practice. Recent layoffs didn't include the person steering us into the icebergs.
