Used to be an OK place to work, but now on the verge of bankruptcy.

Pros

Pay check was Ok when ever it came on time. Benefit wrier somewhat increased after the move to Vista, CA, at least we have ample parking.

Cons

The owner "the wolf" is a real slave driver, greedy and very imposing, all the rest of the employees are scared to death of him.

Some Staff at the top corporate level know their stuff, interesting industry.

Cons

A lot of sales person turnover before I left. There was no knowledgeable leadership or structure in sales by the immediate sales management staff. It was a constant struggle to obtain basic product knowledge and sales tools needed to meet expectations. A lack of understanding of the sales process and products by management led to shared frustration among the sales team.

Pros

Interesting space. Working on all ccTLDs and gTLDs. Domains can be an exciting industry. Unfortunately, the CEO is an accountant who stumbled into the job and lacks the leadership skills to guide a team. When Wolf left, so did the competent leadership.

Cons

An hour into a Friday Summer BBQ during lunch Anthony sent a tone-deaf email to the company, "Glad we had fun, now let's get back to work." He overcompensates with nice cars and an inflated sense of self.
