Direct access to senior leadership, very responsive corporate team, relaxed working environment, persistent recruiters

Cons

They weren’t able to hold my TS clearance at the time.

Cons

Remote office locations, but that's the life of consulting.

Pros

-company treats employees with a tremendous amount of respect -coordination/communication between company and contractor is effortless -project allows for flexible work schedule

Cons

Unless you plan to make a career in the field, you will not meet requirements to sit for professional certifications. Upward mobility is almost entirely linked to professional development. From my research, relevant certifications require 3+ years experience in the field.to pursue.
