      Hope for the best, expect the worst

      Pros

      - Met some great people here, unfortunately (or fortunately) they all left. - Getting to work with big clients. - Flexible working time (just for a few persons, though. don't expect this). - Really nice product with big potential - It was good for a few years, felt like a family in the early stages. (but the bigger it gets, the worse it gets there)

      Cons

      It has become a toxic environment lately. - After you leave they start talking badly of you, so you don't have the chance to defend yourself and call their lies. - Most of the good reviews are given after the HR sent emails asking employees to do this. - Managers that don't understand the concept of career progression. - People are being promoted into positions they don't know anything about. - No career opportunities for developers (changing the title from full-stack to front-end or back-end is not career progression). - You won't learn anything new here. The longer you stay, the more technical debt you'll have. - Latest hires they made are very questionable - Unrealistic goals and deadlines

As part of the huge transformation the company went through in the last 3 years, it`s a normal cycle for people to leave and others to join.       Pros

      I worked at 123FormBuilder for 5+ years and I can honestly say that the employee contribution is truly valued. There are opportunities to be promoted down the road if that is what you are after. I first got promoted after 9 months. Great work-life balance: management cares you get stuff done, no one clocks your hours and employees are trusted and supported to do their job. What I also like is that management is down-to-earth/easy to approach, unlike other companies where you have no contact with upper management whatsoever. Feedback is always appreciated (even the negative one). There is an online monthly show&tell with company updates where everyone is welcomed to ask questions - so you don’t have to worry about transparency. Great perks and benefits that I brag about to all my friends (so many to mention in a review, but here are a few favourites): - Extra holiday days based on seniority - Appreciation gifts - Drinks, snacks, quality coffee - Loyalty bonuses based on years in the company - Unlimited remote work (you can also choose to work hybrid or at the office) - Team building calendar planned for the full year ahead Very welcoming on-site environment if you are an office/hybrid work person - located in the central area of Timisoara. I’m happy to have met many great people with whom I keep in touch, so for me personally, it was a great journey.

      Cons

      Not much to add here - there have been a few growing pains in the past, it is a fast-paced industry and things sometimes change so you need to be adaptable and embrace change.

      Great company to work for!

      - great environment to continuously develop and improve; - company really cares and is there for the employees; - ability to work remote; - epic parties & team buildings :)

      Cons

      - dynamic environment - I see it as a pro, but some may find this challenging
