After completing my first month at 12Go as a Partnership Specialist, I am very happy to be part of the company and the marketing team. I have received great support from both the HR team and my colleagues in the office, as well as from my manager, Sven, throughout the onboarding process and orientation. Despite new changes and challenges while working remotely and mostly independently, I am glad to adapt and improve myself so I can deliver better and more efficient work performance. I am grateful to the team for guiding me, supporting me, and helping me learn more about the culture within the 12Go organization. I also appreciate the HR team for always responding quickly and providing support whenever I have questions or issues.

Joining 12Go has been an exciting experience so far. The onboarding process was smooth and well-structured from the recruiter’s clear communication and manager’s support in helping me get up to speed quickly. What I appreciate most is the collaborative and international environment. The team is made up of passionate people from different countries and backgrounds, and everyone is always open to share insights or help when needed. The work culture strikes a good balance between structure and flexibility. There’s a strong focus on ownership, but also trust in each person’s expertise. In just one month, I’ve already learned so much about app marketing and cross-functional collaboration. I’m looking forward to growing further with the company and contributing to its mission of making travel across Asia simpler and more seamless.
