Pros
I’ve been with this organization for a while and have witnessed firsthand how much it’s evolved. It’s clear some of the recent negative comments are coming from individuals who were either let go quickly when it became clear they weren’t the right fit, or who chose to leave when they didn’t get what they wanted. Ironically, many of them contributed to the very challenges they’re now criticizing. The truth is: building a business from the ground up—especially one as fast-moving as this—isn’t for everyone. The CEO started this brand at 24 years old, navigating immense growth with minimal resources and limited support. Like any young company, some early hires didn’t work out. Many lacked the experience or mindset needed for the demands of a high-growth environment. And unfortunately, not everyone left gracefully. But what I can say is the culture today is night and day from what it once was. In the past year alone, we’ve increased retention by 70%, strengthened leadership, and expanded departments with experienced, high-performing talent. The team is energized, collaborative, and truly getting stronger by the day. Before making assumptions based on a handful of upset voices, I’d encourage anyone to take a closer look at the full picture—and the real momentum happening here. We promote from within, more than just a "vibe" and only going up from here. PS - you should see our 401K package;) Ladies, showing hate - sit down.
Cons
We continue to hire, but we'd like to hire faster.
