Pros

You can leave early From office.

Cons

Very very poor and immature management. No standard process following. Huge expectation from US team without knowing sharing. US people domonataies to Indian team. No appointments letter, no salary slip. No job security. No higher management, single person take all decisions. Office looks like co-working space. No basic facilities in office. Late night calls

Dear former employee, We appreciate your feedback. We believe that most of the issues you felt are because your tenure coincided with the the office setup process in Hadapsar. Now that the setup is complete, we now have seasoned HR professionals for ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed, explain benefits and to maintain employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. The sole purpose of the late night calls was for knowledge sharing between US and India teams so that the team in India can work Independently on feature development. As our India Team has sufficient product knowledge to contribute independently, the late night calls are rare. We are sorry things did not work out. Wish you all the luck for your future engagements. Best, 12Wonder Management

Pros

No pros to mention for this organisation, it's like a local shop. There are 3 people who are ruining this company.

Cons

It is said that company is recognised by the people who work in it, some people are ruining this company. I had the unfortunate experience of working with this company, and I can honestly say it's one of the worst professional environments I've encountered. The management team is completely clueless—not only do they lack any technical skills, but their managerial abilities are non-existent as well. It’s clear that they have no idea how to lead or even support their teams effectively. The company consistently struggles to land meaningful projects, and as a result, there's little growth opportunity. The work often feels aimless, and you’re left wondering if they even know what they’re doing. The HR department at this company is severely lacking in efficiency and effectiveness. Despite actively seeking to hire a developers for over a year, they have been unable to fill the position. This suggests poor recruitment strategies and a lack of urgency in addressing key staffing needs. Moreover, the company is only hiring interns to fill full-time roles, offering them minimal compensation that is far below industry standards. This not only results in a lack of qualified talent but also reflects a lack of commitment to fostering long-term, skilled employees. It’s clear that the HR team is either unwilling or incapable of making the necessary changes to attract and retain top talent. This is a major red flag for anyone considering a career here. There's one HR person who doesn't seem to do any actual work— too busy bootlicking to their manager rather than focusing on the well-being of employees. It's incredibly frustrating to see someone in HR who contributes absolutely nothing while others are drowning in work. On top of all of this, junior employees are constantly being forced to come into the office, while senior employees sit at home and get to work remotely. It’s frustrating and demoralizing, especially when the senior staff have less work or responsibility, yet are allowed to enjoy the benefits of remote work. The lack of fairness and respect for the junior employees' time and effort is glaring. The managers have absolutely no clue how to handle the workload, and they keep piling on more tasks without any regard for capacity or work-life balance. Employees are regularly asked to work on weekends, and there's no real support or structure in place to help them manage their tasks. They can't seem to hire enough people to handle the workload, yet they continue to force excessive amounts of work onto just a few employees, leading to burnout and frustration. And the CEO? It’s hard to say whether they are unaware of all this chaos or just too ignorant to do anything about it. Either way, it's clear they have no grasp of what's going on in the company, nor do they seem interested in improving things. To make matters worse, there's one individual who has been given the role of Technical Director despite having zero technical skills. He hasn't contributed any code to any project and has no real understanding of the technology the company is supposed to be working with. Not only does he lack any real expertise, but he also refuses to listen to his team members and makes excuses to avoid client calls. It’s incredibly frustrating to work under someone so disconnected from the actual work being done, and it’s clear that this person is in over their head. There’s also the operations manager, who doesn’t seem to contribute anything at all—technically or at the management level. His role in the company is unclear, and it’s honestly baffling how he manages to keep his position. He’s just sitting around, doing nothing, enjoying the perks of the job without bringing any value. He can’t even manage to bring in a single project or client. It’s incredibly frustrating to see someone take up space in the company without offering anything of value to the team. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place unless you're willing to tolerate poor leadership, a lack of direction, and a toxic work environment. There's simply no structure or opportunity for growth

Pros

Work from office full time with 12k payment. HR trying to offer lower and cheap rate salary even for experienced professional.

Cons

No respect to employees. Company's words are fake and non trustable. Advice stay away from this company. Nothing about HR is trustable complete fake.
