Pros

Good colleagues but everyone is clearly struggling just to keep up.

Cons

- Not a company worth joining or building a career in - Misleading fake 5 star reviews create false expectations - Leadership talks about growth but employees remain stuck in repetitive work - Workload is heavy and overwhelming - Systems are messy, outdated, and poorly maintained - Constant strategy changes with no stability or clear direction - Supervisors expect responses at all hours, eliminating work life balance - Management is disconnected from day to day team realities - Focus is on speed over quality, with little regard for outcomes - Favoritism is obvious and undermines fairness and morale - Training is weak, forcing employees to figure things out alone - High turnover creates a worsening toxic environment - Broken promises and lack of follow through are common - Overall culture is unhealthy, stressful, and unstable - Employees feel drained, unsupported, and undervalued

Pros

You work remote. Other than that. That’s pretty much it.

Cons

No one hit their yearly quota since 2023. Benefits are lacking by a lot. Revolving door of AE’s. Worst I’ve ever seen. Not really any training for sales. No one really wants to buy this for the cost that they sell it for. Not a lot of team bonding. There is no real culture here you kind of just do the day to day work and hope you can get some deals closed. If you’re interviewing for here I recommend looking somewhere else. A bunch of internal meetings that are the same every single time. Small company that still needs to figure everything out and where they really fit into the market. You will be micromanaged unless you’re hitting quota. This place is a pit stop. Not a place you want to grow with.

Pros

This is a fully remote role, which cuts commute expenses, but the pay is noticeably lower.

Cons

Benefits are poor, the work feels overwhelming, and there is little to no connection with teammates or meaningful support from supervisors or managers. It honestly feels like employees are treated as easily replaceable.
