The GM will even stay to drink after shift and will leave without paying or tipping

Cons
The clientele is hard, lots of people who have consumed a significant amount of alcohol. The management staff is basically non existent, they want fast turn over of tables and with most restaurants the schedule for new people is brutal hours sometimes till 4am for closing.
