Excellent company which struggles with leadership

Pros

-Free Lunch provided daily (simple stuff, but still free!) -Flexible, dynamic work environment -Easy access to bike path and local gym

Cons

-Cost/Schedule are not well understood and leadership is 'reactionary' instead of proactive. -Benefits are not world class and are a bit pricey for what you get -Cannot work off site, requires office attendance to do most work -Technical leadership is poorly structured inexperienced

Freedom to pursue your interests, support for technical people, nice environment, fast pace (no red tape), creativity and initiative rewarded, nice bonding events, competitive salary, a lot of opportunities to learn.

Cons

As any other small company, benefits and vacations could be better.
