No communication, made many of us clear out our offices, moving furniture on our time in my vehicle. They laid off 80% of the people.

None, the owner couldn't care less about his employees.

Cons

Everything! The work life balance is nonexistent, the owner is arrogant and only cares about making money. The customer is nothing more than a dollar sign. Unrealistic expectations, company expects you to make miracles with no support or resources. Impossible to get equipment fixed because they don't pay their bills. Run, run away from this place fast as you can.

Cons

Horrible place to work. There is a lot of favoritism in this company; they have employees who have been there for five to six months training new employees. I was with the company for 8 years. Don't waste your time on them; they don't value loyal employees there. The owner does not know half the things that go on in his company.
