      The people here are fantastic to work with, it’s a great learning opportunity with room to grow in the company!

      Marketing and sales are difficult jobs, they take a lot of hard work and discipline!

      Great way to get your foot in the door!

      Pros

      The people here a so great and really care about your success. This is my first job out of college and I was really concerned about finding a job without any experience but 168 Group took a chance on me and I’m learning so much. I’m already getting the chance to build a team and learn the back end of owning a business.

      Cons

      Sales and marketing does take a lot of work ethic. You really do have to try if you want to be good but as long as your motivated and want to succeed you will!

      168 Group is the best place I have ever worked due to the positive atmosphere and constant words of encouragement from leaders and teammates. The company culture is outstanding, and the growth opportunity is incredible. I was able to get promoted from an entry level position to leadership in just six weeks. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to learn and grow.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to take on challenges and leave your comfort zone to develop and grow which may not be for everyone.
