      Onwards! New Facility and Developing Team!

      Pros

      This team has really started clicking! We are moving to a new state of the art facility in Fullerton and it's a really beautiful office and area. Just love the ambition and pride everyone takes in their work. Seeing it all come together is a tremendous joy.

      Cons

      It's a very intense environment but the growth is unusual and I've seen my own compensation and professional development accelerate so it's incredible if that's what you're looking for!

      2023 has been a breakout year!

      Pros

      It has been interesting to see 2022 investments in the team start to pay off this year. The company has nearly doubled in sales in less than 12months. Company continues to work on finding the right people, and putting each person in the right seat! The company at the moment is incredibly focused on innovation. Most company launch 5 to 6 items per year. 180 is launching about 6 items every quarter. What makes this all possible is simple. A strong, passionate team trying to be excellent every day.

      Cons

      The rapid growth has been stressful. But it has been a good opportunity for the team.

      Pros

      The company seems to have caught some really great wind coming out of covid. You can tell the core team is just so passionate. And its fun to see them keep building and creating scale.

      Cons

      It really has been tough sometimes during covid. But I think that's the case for pretty much every business over the last 2 years. Kudos for getting through it with a stronger business overall! Was hard switching up certain departments around but you got to keep changing to grow. I like the current set up.
