      Pros

      The people that you survived with day to day. There were a lot of great benefits but they were all smoke screens for the toxic culture. Beware about applying here. Ask questions during your interview about turnover rate and ask to speak to employees before you join.

      Cons

      People afraid to speak out. During my time there I saw at least 7 people leave from every level. One person I was told was having panic attacks and just couldn't take the culture anymore and so they left. Below industry pay and bait and switch for broken promises.
