      easy job. other departments are way better then Customer Service

      Terrible Management. One in particular. Completely unprofessional management. Supervisor play favorites with there friends. Can't believe thy call theymselves a supervisor

      Pros

      Great, smart people. Flexibility for non salaried employees.

      Cons

      CEO is aggressive and yells often. Company is unprofessional. He told us to all vote for Trump in a company meeting and asked employees to make phone calls on behalf of republican candidates while in the office.

      Sometimes volatile & micromanagerial

      Pros

      Great stepping stone. Learn everything you can and get out after a year or two. Raises, promotions and advancement only pans out if you drink the kool ade.

      Cons

      The nature of the interaction between labor and management in e-commerce should be respectful and professional. I personally witnessed outbursts, which were among the least professional thing I've ever encountered. No reason to berate people because of performance issues. Address the issues or let problem workers go.
