Nothing as such, salary on time

Cons

They don’t provide you laptop, you have to purchase that and it will be reimbursed but if you will leave within an year it will be loss for you, micro management.

Pros is it's good for the start of the career but don't waste your time here. Leave after first or second appraisal

Cons

They just fire their employe right before the appraisal cycle. This creates unnecessary pressure on the other employee where they don't ask for the appraisal or increment.
