Pay is awful. Too much travel which means you're spending more money than you're actually making putting you in the negative every single day. Constant restructuring . Too much time devoted to the job not enough time for anything else . Yet you only get paid for half that if anything at all.

It is a Sham Wow sales job, not what you think of when you think marketing and advertising. You're handed a script and then have to repeat what the script says and the hand gestures. It sounds completely staged. They get 2 stars because of the co-workers, zero stars for the actual job. I was also assigned to work during the late afternoon on Easter during the last part of training, selling products in a grocery store with an empty parking lot. Happy to work holidays, but that poor planning if it was planned at all.
