Where do I begin? Management/Supervisors are some of the worst I've ever experienced. No communication between them, to the team, and absolutely zero accountability for them. They promote on favoritism, it's completely subjective. Everyone else is treated like children or just completely ignored. I have taken initiative, created SOPs and seen other people promoted/given more responsibility because management likes them more. The mood and morale of the whole place is just negative. You meet some cool people but avoid this place if you're looking to further your career or skills.

The biggest con is that the company seems to be totally unmanaged. Immature kids promoted to Director and senior management roles with no accountability. VPs and managers don't seem to pay attention and keep chasing shiny things. It's a shame.
