I'm not sure if those review are legit, I have been with 1cloudstar for almost 3 years, throughout this 3 years I had learn alot and company never stop sending us to training courses as long as we able to prove we are willing to learn Bonus are quite reasonable the only reason I left is because I'm moving from East to west hence I had to forego my position to seek a nearer working location near my home. Nevertheless would like to thank this company for providing lots of learning opporunities and gaining new skillsets Cloud software company is an demand in technology sector and 1cloudstar might not be growing fast but at least they are very stable compared to other SME Management are very negotiable and reasonable !

Cons

Had a few ex colleague which they are very toxic which they had the typical singaporean mindset to work less and expected to get paid. Which I strongly believe they are the majority 1 star review ! Company culture is great after those people left and such a pity I am shifting to West side if not I will definitely continue my career in this company at least for another few years before I will move on or unless company is expanding
