Pathetic work culture

Absolutely nothing, to be honest.

Cons

1. People here only seem to care about business. 2. The pay is really horrible, insulting, and demeaning to the employees, given the amount of workload and the unrealistic expectations. 3. The management is not at the least considerate about the well-being and mental health of their own employees. 4. Very high attrition rate - people who have left the organization have brought up similar concerns multiple times and no one seems to take any action to make things better. 5. Haphazard working patterns - everyone is doing everything here because the organization does not want to invest in hiring people/experts in certain areas - we are all expected to fill in each other's shoes which is ridiculous. 6. Lack of appreciation and support from the organization's end. We are continually expected to keep doing more with zero compensation for additional efforts. 7. Extremely poor technical support - laptops are more than ten years old with embarassing battery power, with no replacements provided until laptops literally stop functioning altogether. 8. If you choose to take a holiday along with a weekend, it is counted as THREE PAID LEAVES! 9. Work is judged based on numbers rather than quality. 10. Leaving 1to1 help would be the best form of self-care for all employees here.

honestly there’s nothing pro here as everyone suggests. I felt every review is of either paid or pushed.

Cons

I may sound racist here, but they are the one. They don’t like South Indian. Period. Especially tamil and if you don’t know Hindi, they will definitely fire you within months of joining. They will find all the little non official mistakes you did and tell you it’s unprofessional. When I joined i told them this is a new field for me and I am ready to give my best of given basic training. I was told that they will give training for first three months. Guess what I was pushed to work within 3 days of joining. No training no KT, nothing. I learnt everything by myself and of course there were some small mistakes while on the process. Nothing big that upsets client or the business. They will target you if you’re strong headed and make comments on your dressing sense and make up if you’re fashionable. I don’t know how professional these can be. They only care for their Counselors. CRM is like a dog’s job there. All the graduates and experienced I am sure you will find a better opportunity and you won’t regret not joining here. And if you’re Tamil, RUN.

used to be managed well guidance with a bit of freedom was allowed our suggestions were heeded and incorporated to change for better timings were decent - the only pro actually

horrible salary no growth has detoriated in the past couple of years lot of discord amongst the senior management politics negativity from the management not humane anymore started treating their employees as slaves
