Pros

The realization that you are worth more than how this company is treating you. And at least you're working. Something is better than nothing

Cons

Where to start... If you have a degree don't bother. Your degree does not matter here. Everyone starts off at either $9 or $13 an hour. If you want to make more money you have to get certifications. But not a certification that caters to your field. You have to get an ACI 1. That cost $500. Guess who has to pay for it. You do :-) Then you get it you get the big boy money. $14 an hour :-) You will be out in the field and you have a tablet that can track you. Be prepared to give up your life for this company. It's really not worth the time to join this company but if you need the money then by all means. Find something better and then leave. The company is a revolving door anyway They don't care about you.

Pros

-Learn about the inspection industry -Stepping stone to better things -Some of the staff are great people, not sure if they are still there anymore. -Small networking opportunities

Cons

-High turnover rate -Favoritism -Extremely long hours, "upper management" does not care about time to conducts meetings especially after work hours or extremely early work hours (before 7am) -Swamped with work due to being understaffed for the longest time. -Field engineers start off with low salary, but with time can grow (by purchasing and passing their own certifications). -Promised a large monetary sum, if you make it pass 5 years. (I have not met anyone that stayed that long in the company to even get it) -Don't expect any type of compensation for going above and beyond your duties. (110% doesn't mean much) -Tablet has gps tracking, to know your exact where about at all time.
