      Pros

      From top to bottom, this company provides great work environment. From the first day with texts and emails of encouragement and support, to full program autonomy. I love having the ability to assess, write the plan, and implement the plan from the way I see it. I liken it to running my own business, but with the full support of not only management, but ownership as well! I highly recommend this company for BCBAs that not only love to assess and analyze, but also want to be able to run their own programs as well!

      Cons

      BCBAs are predominantly on their own from day to day, so it can be isolating. The good news is, you have support with just a phone call or email away!

      Pros

      Every ABA company claims to be different and better, but 2020 Behavior actually is! - Small caseload = work/life balance and ability to be fully present to your clients' needs - Full clinical control over your clients' programs - Support from supervisors when needed - Indirect time for lit review/prep/programming etc - No pressure of billable hours requirements or stress related to RBT turnover - Compensation way above average and great benefits

      Cons

      - Less collaboration with coworkers, which can be viewed as a + by some :) - Direct work with clients is not for everyone
