      Pros

      Location is good, salary's good when you just start there.

      Cons

      If you've been working there for a while, salary sucks! I've been working at 20-20 for more then 15 years and and i earn less than somebody that just gets hired with absolutly no experience! It feels like they don't want to keep the old employees. It used to be a big family. Since it was sold to an american company, everything changed. Employees used to like to work at 20-20. But when you talk to them now, they all want to leave the company.

      Pros

      401k Remote working Vacation time Products Worldwide coworkers I am trying to add 20 words for the benefits even there are too few words.

      Cons

      French management in the Head office has no leadership, sense of rhetoric (almost vulgar at times). Three CEOs in the last 6 years. All higher management are buddies in Westwood, MA. The CEO named here is not the one in duty. Nepotistic management and company owned by large venture capital firm in SF and bottom line increased by firing good people while keeping ‘buddies’ in post who just stack up the payroll while not adding any value to the company. More managers than doers and many over 50 who are willing to kill one another to keep their job. Very sad indeed.

      Pros

      Real nice people to work with. Since new management, HR seems to be working toward upgrading life quality. Nice location, bearable traffic when working from north shore. Nice focus on R&D in some teams.

      Cons

      The new management seems to want to keep decision makers in North America and the work force in India. Lots of places have been moved over there already. I don't think it's a good long term move.
