Pros

there is so much drama that you can get away with not working

Cons

the agency has churned out almost half the industry because people join and leave within a year. team leads change by the month and if are so lucky to have a GCP, they will restructure the organisation the second they get bored. there is this funny thing where they somehow never ever take campaigns live, and when (god forbid) a campaign goes live, it looks like it came from a sales team and not a creative agency. employees are constantly burning out and quitting without any offers, just for this madness to end. for some reason, the hr team is overly involved and actively spreads/validates employee gossip to extents like salary structures, pip, firing. there is some sort of weird dynamic between the mumbai/bangalore team. they always seem to villainise the other and blame this other non-existent evil on the other side. every restructure seems like some sort of battlefield for these people’s egos. to sum it up there is no work happening. come here only to see how an agency burns itself to the ground and make a quick buck while you’re at it.

Pros

Good Brands to work with

Cons

1. Extremely Bad Work Life Balance - Overtime is considered a norm, with no added pay. The company's senior executives are terrible at project management and roadmap planning due to which the entire project gets delayed causing juniors to sit till then and complete the work. 2. Toxic Politics - The senior level executives specially the likes of Jay Sangoi are extreme megalomaniacs. The senior management is highly incompetent, no ice breaking, no team bonding, just toxic environment with team mates and throwing people under the bus to save themselves. 3. Extremely low retention rate - due to the politics of senior management likes of Jay Sangoi, the team faces a high retention rate of 6 months, which leads to a new team to be formed every 6 months. The presidents, vice presidents, HRs do not care about employees but the senior exes who are depreciating the reputation of the agency. 4. Bullying and Harassment - You will often find juniors being harassed by these so called senior executives (some of them which i have mentioned above) causing a hostile environment. 5. Incompetent leaders -- the managers and senior managers are involved in petty politics often sidelining the development and growth of juniors. Juniors are treated like machines and often dumped with loads of work with no value or development. Senior roles are often expected to work in the same level as a team leader or managers without adequate pay upgrade, just added responsibilities.

Pros

Company is good and they are a bit flexible. Good Portfolio of clients

Cons

Too much politics in the company. Instead of finding the solution of the problem they confuse it more. Upper management also know everything but they are not bothered to do anything about. They are just trying to get more and more business. Nobody cares what is happening with employees who are doing the real work. Instead they always push people to move out of company and they are successful in that. Any employee who tries to make noise about what is going on in the company, instead of finding a solution they try to shut the employee by doing different things (I don't even want to explain). HR is also biased. I have never seen a HR not caring what issues employees are facing and then they call themselves People's Manager (They don't even know what does it mean). Only employees who are serving there long are the ones who don't care about their careers and loves the politics.
