Pros
Super flexible, open mindset, work on your own projects, extremely strong and helpful team, fun at work, learn new things every day. Special plus weekly meetings to help you reach your goals and get better. My experience with 22tribes was excellent. I was able to use everything practically alongside my studies (digital Marketing). I had enough free time to learn and get better in the areas that interested me. The place creates a very unique atmosphere where you always feel safe. There is always a "we" and the support is super strong.
Cons
You should think about that before you apply. You have to manage your own time. No one will give you a schedule. This job is only for people who are good at organizing themselves.
