      Pros

      Super flexible, open mindset, work on your own projects, extremely strong and helpful team, fun at work, learn new things every day. Special plus weekly meetings to help you reach your goals and get better. My experience with 22tribes was excellent. I was able to use everything practically alongside my studies (digital Marketing). I had enough free time to learn and get better in the areas that interested me. The place creates a very unique atmosphere where you always feel safe. There is always a "we" and the support is super strong.

      Cons

      You should think about that before you apply. You have to manage your own time. No one will give you a schedule. This job is only for people who are good at organizing themselves.

      Pros

      A lot of flexibility with the working hours and the possibility to work from home. The team spirit is super nice and they help you a lot to learn and improve your skills. The clients are from different industries so this allows you to learn how to adapt Digital Marketing strategies depending on the market. It's a very dynamic job as you are all the time working in different aspects related to Digital Marketing. As all team members are from different countries you can learn about different cultures, and it also allows you to improve your English level!

      Cons

      As all team members are not from the same city/country, it can be a bit difficult to meet all team members in person or to make a team activity. But we are starting to do virtual events, so that will not be a problem anymore!

      Cons

      Some of the team members live on different continents, so some team activities become difficult ;), however, the remote workflow is really good!
