Pros

Occasional lunches and social 'team building' events provided by the company. If you make friends with your coworkers it will definitely help your day go by! Casual dress code. Workday is 7:00-3:30 which is a big plus if you're an early bird.

Cons

Management plays favorites quite openly, even with employees who lack common sense or have no professionalism. Employee turnover is high due to low pay, lack of support from your supervisor, and the bosses don't really want to hear how to make things better (even though they say they do). Employees who give one- or two-week notices to resign are usually let go the same day. New trainees are thrown into the mix ASAP and are assigned files before they're truly ready, and everyone is overwhelmed by their workload. If you want to get hired quickly and don't care about how you're treated, or only looking for a temp job, this will probably be okay for you.

Pros

They are good about having lunch events for the staff every few months.

Cons

Think twice about being hired with this company, they will only pay a certain $$ amount and will rarely give raises when it is deserved. Ask management and the owners why has there been such a big turnover in their employees the past 5 months and why people are leaving on stress leave.
