Pros

Working with 247labs will make you gain a lot of experience not doubt, you will find a lot of motivated individuals, you can work from anywhere,

Cons

i worked for 247 over two years, The company uses time tracking to measure performance, but they require most of their employees to log 8 hours a day, that's a lot of hours of programming, it's unhealthy and you will get exhausted soon, you can negotiate this however but not as newbie, you will be abused and squeezed so the company can make as much profit as possible, the problem is after a year or so, you won't feel you are being rewarded accordingly, not for everyone, you have to fight for what you deserve, and they can let u go anytime.. when they decide to do so, they don't respect all the time and efforts put in the company, after the second year i decided to quite, they accepted it immediately without even trying to convince you otherwise, as you don't mean anything to them, and then they sent me another contract they called termination terms, which completely illegal and they add more terms to your work like not contacting your friends from work ever, and i hired in this company at least 5 of my friends, so when i said i'm not signing this they refused to pay me my salary for a month and my vacation compensation... this happened so far with two other people i know in different scenarios, people i know they worked hard to build this company up.

Pros

It's good to gain some experience in remote work but they abuse you.

Cons

They don't give your salary on time, they don't give annual bonus or your vacation time as promised. They have illegal contracts that you need to assign. Not recommend even for my enemy.

Pros

Got great experience in testing

Cons

I've been working as QA engineer in 247labs company for more than 2 years and a half and terminated my work few months ago. It was good years and I was executing my work honestly and hard. I also made all my obligations before terminating: successfully interviewed and onboarded new QA engineer and carefully transferred all my projects to him. I thought that company would perform its obligations too. But unfortunately after many mails sent to the company during 4 months, 247labs through Azwar Khalid, CEO, refused to make its obligations regarding payments which had to be done according to the Payments Policy of the company. Azwar Khalid insisted that the Payments Policy is not obligatory to follow notwithstanding the fact that 247labs always referred to it when tried to pay the staff less (obviously the whole Payments Policy was created only to cut the salaries and not to reward the team members). It’s a pity that some companies make their business in this way, i.e. don’t esteem efforts and hard work of the staff members. So if you’re a client or a job applicant, you should think twice to work or not with 247labs or Azwar Khalid unless you want to waste your time checking the calculation of your vacation days and earned hours, begging to pay 10 USD for application you need to perform your duties and finally vainly trying to receive the tenure promised by the company in its own Payments Policy.
