      "Worst company that i ever worked"

      Pros

      I was journey like more than 6 months in trichy company but they were fired me without any information. I tried to figure out the mistake but the management did not willing to explain. I didn't think that was a proper manner to behave with the employees. As well as there was nothing to learn but even if we get a chance to improve or develop the skills the management would put the things into the sand along with us..That was the situation i had face there...I want to work in trichy company but not under that women management.

      Cons

      Generally companies are really good to work and directors would be great but mid management making or spoiling that name as a garbage area..So it would affect or bad name with others.

      Amazing Teamwork, growing company on the Inc 5000 list. Everyone works hard and pitches in. Company trips, great office environment.

      We can learn sourcing easily there but the management is really worst.There is no proper management.Head of operation is really a bad character at trichy
