Pros
- Focus on your own personal growth with regular coaching sessions and personal training budget - Positive and motivating work environment, where colleagues are very proud of each other's achievements - It is a young company, but with a mature business structure. The preconditions to be able to do your work are very well arranged.
Cons
I can't think of any.

* It's fun to be part of a high growth company such as 24sessions. * Great company culture, everyone truly cares about each other and is proud of what we are achieving * Learning a lot of new skills on the job * Great technology that truly solves a pain for our customers
Cons
* Not a real downside for me but this is not an organization where you can 'ride the wave'. You have to make things happen yourself.
