Work/life balance here is very good. As long as you do your job right, you can decide when and on what you work on .. no 9-5 mindset
Every team member has a coach and regular coaching sessions to ensure steady personal development.
The team has a very diverse set of skills (former employees of large consulting agencies, Google, MediaMonks, advisers, or e-commerce entrepreneurs). This combination brings a lot of strength and flexibility.
After a successful campaign everyone in the team got extra 3 days off on top of regular holidays!
Meetings are only held in English and anytime a non-Dutch speaker is around they automatically switch to English .. I feel very welcome as a foreigner here
Cons
The office is a bit small ... but it's because of a large ping pong table in the middle that's taking up the space
