Pros

Decent car to drive and plenty of holidays

Cons

You don't get paid for the first and last 15 minutes per day due to 'commute time'. Pay is minimum wage but you are expected to be a medic /social worker /therapist as well as a driver. Also the car stays at your house which can be awkward if you don't have a driveway.

Cons

Poor leadership, trickles down to front facing staff who bear the brunt of client frustration. Expectation to 'assist' other staff who do not own their own transport. Safeguarding issues are common for staff as well as children due to poor implementation and communication with LA and schools.
