Pros
In terms of pros, work from home Fridays are nice, and its cool to work from a WeWork.
Cons
26DT had potential, but consistent mismanagement from the top made it a toxic place to work. If you are seriously considering working for 26DT, I recommend reaching out to a previous employee to ask about their experience first. From my time there, people who had worked really hard for the company for years were fired unceremoniously. Others were hired and then shortly fired once management realized they weren’t really needed to start with. On the other hand, highly toxic individuals have been allowed to rise within the company. As a result, a work environment persists where you need to worry about being sabotaged by your coworkers and team moral is very low. Last note – be aware of fake positive reviews on here. Like I said, reach out to any previous employee via LinkedIn if you are serious.

-Great place to learn the industry and start out your career -Work life balance is incredible ( work from home Friday's, ample PTO & reasonable hours) -Culture of fun, innovation, scrappiness and open minded thinking makes 26dottwo a great company to work for -The lessons I learned at 26Dottwo have allowed me to excel in my career post 26.2 -26.2 values the development of individual team members (sponsored multiple online course and allowed me to pursue area's of the industry I was interested in) -Everyone at 26 dot two is easy to get along with and management understands the importance of team chemistry -Open line of communication employees and management -Great perks (Vendor lunches, fully stocked snacks, team outings)
Cons
-Fast paced environment might not be ideal for everyone -There wasn't a set onboarding process -As a Jr Planner your input may be overlooked
