Pros

None what so ever, horrible company!

Cons

I have never worked in a place where it’s exceptable to let one member course such a high turnover of staff in his team due to people leaving because of him! After many complaints made by myself and other members of staff, still nothing was done, just my role become much more at risk and threatened daily! The company needs to fire this person in the sales team and realise how he treats his staff! Don’t go into a business development role unless you enjoy daily bullying, knocking you down, threats, micro management and so on! Many sleepless nights were had at this place! So glad to be out!!!! Hellhole!

Thank you for sharing. This is Ryan (MD). It is unfortunate that you felt the way you did about your experience of twentysix. We were not aware you had any issues with your manager. We would have treated any complaint with the upmost respect and thorough investigation, perhaps you could reach out to me in person and we could discuss this in more detail? We must ensure that our employees enjoy coming to work and in the very rare occasion this is not the case then we are always more determined than ever to get this right. Respectfully, without any details it makes it quite difficult to deal with, so please do get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi there, Samantha Wragg from twentysix here. Thank you for your review and your comments! We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback. It’s true that progression in a smaller team can be difficult, but our growth as an agency is allowing us to create more opportunities for everyone to advance, and we do our best to make sure everyone can progress in the way that they want. We agree no one likes a tight deadline, but these are just a fact of agency life. Clients set deadlines and we have to meet them. Likewise, we truly believe our project managers and client services teams are a solid combination of expertise and experience, but as in everything we always look for ways to learn and improve.

Great agency spoilt by individuals

Pros

Great environment to work, with opportunities working with large blue chip companies. Loads of benefits including health care and perkbox to name a few. The agency really values its staff and there are huge opportunities for progression.

Cons

Flexibility of working is limited, salaries seem to be based on what you can negotiate with no brackets or consistency. There are individuals in the business at a senior level causing a lot of upset and bullying of staff meaning certain teams have a very high turnover. Some of the teams seem to be a little boys club with the MD where anything goes including throwing their weight around.

Hi, this is Ryan (MD). Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re delighted that you found twentysix a place where you can experience great career progression and a great benefits package – incidentally we’ve just implemented flexi-time, which is something our employee steering group have pushed for and has had such a positive impact already. We promote dignity at work through our people initiatives and would never ever tolerate bullying. I personally feel very strongly about this and would urge you to get in touch with me if you have anything to report. We are always looking at ways to improve staff retention in the highly competitive Leeds digital market and we will continue to work with our employee groups to make working at twentysix the best it can possibly be.
