Pros
It is a fairly established company in the financial tech space in Hong Kong/China. It is still a relatively small company, so depending on your position, you can make a significant difference. There is a lot of room to learn and grow.
Cons
There aren't many cons when basing it in the context of a typical Hong Kong tech company. They have a typical Hong Kong style work ethic, expectations, and work culture. So if you fit that, then you may make a great fit.
