      Sometimes great, but sometimes terrible

      Pros

      Work with very smart , creative and innovative people every day. Get to work on great IP. Generally supported by upper management unless politics get in the way. Rewards are great. Access to all 2K games via Steam.

      Cons

      Upper management out of touch with often making bad decisions which ultimately effect game quality and studio morale negatively. Upper management tend to reward good politics rather than good management.

      2K has a few great games to be a part of that will look great on your resume

      Cons

      I had 5 managers in 3 years that were always too busy pushing their agenda and catering to their boss then actually managing and taking care of their team. The bro culture was ridiculous at times where hard working employees would get passed up in favor of bros who were favored by the leads. This affected the marketing, pr, and project management teams.
