Pros

We had a fun environment with lots of friends, chats, and lots of coffee.

Cons

Computers were never cleaned at all and the dust build up caused one of them to start smoking one time which was hilarious, The systems were crap and every time we built up a call queue we would all watch the board till the phones crashed, the backup generator was a joke when we lost power, and finally but probably the worst is that when pace bought them they went from being a technical support to being a guy that asks the customer questions on his screen and clicks a response to either send a tech or have the customer fix the service by unplugging it.

Pros

Ok starting pay, resonable benifits packages, the fellow employees are nice and try to help as much as possable when you need it, 2 weeks of paid training

Cons

the communication between the temp agency (VOLT) and 2Wire is not as good as it should be I recived two full days of no call no show time because my schedule was not communicated to 2wire you will be supporting a product you have no experience or confidance in there are many known issues such as freezing picture and the gateway losing connection and all you can tell the customer is that there may be problems with there connection and youwill look into it furter. also you are not properly trained on how to use the tools the first time you get to use them is when you are on a call will a real customer.

Pros

it is a job and better than nothing

Cons

in this call center in San Antonio, we do support for AT&T Uverse. Sr. Management does not care for employees. There is no growth opportunity and there is no clear direction. there is always a chinese fire drill on metrics. There is no two way communication.
